Jeff Harrison
Athletic Director


Jeff Harrison is in his first year as Athletic Director of Interscholastic Athletics at Medina High School. Harrison, the 6th full time Athletic Director in school history, began his services in August of 2009. Harrison oversees 22 varsity athletic teams and is part of the Northeast Ohio Conference.

A native of Akron, Ohio, Harrison has four years of experience in the Athletic Directors role. He previously served as Athletic Director for conference foe Cuyahoga Falls. Harrison attended the University of Akron on a baseball scholarship. He played 4 years of baseball as a pitcher and served as the team captain for two years. Harrison received his Bachelors degree in secondary education from Akron in 2000. After graduation he attended Kent State University and received his masters in educational administration.

Harrison has quickly established himself as a respected leader in the athletic department as well as within the community. On any given game day Harrison is a likely to be a close by stander watching all Medina athletes. A goal oriented leader he has the passion to turn the culture of Medina Athletics into one of champions.

Harrison and his wife, Pam, have two sons, Ty (5) and Ryan (3).
