Medina High School will soon unveil a brand new state of the art weight training facility. The Bees will be able to utilize a spacious 4,200 square foot strength facility that will feature 28 pieces of Hammer Strength equipment. These pieces of equipment include 6 Olympic lifting platforms featuring the Medina High School logo, as well as 6 power racks and 6 half racks. The Medina athlete’s will be able to make use of more than 6 tons of weights and dumbbells. Along with these weights the training facility will include Jump Stretch FlexBands. These bands help to improve flexability and stretching techniques while adding a dynamic twist to weight training.

The facility also features a Duraflex floor made especially for weight training facilities. The possibility for expansion into cardiovascular equipment will also be endless.
