The Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) is comprised of several administrators and teachers.  The committee meets monthly to review certificated staff members' applications for professional development.  Questions relating to LPDC should be directed to Connie Kubis at 330-636-3034. 

Please click on the appropriate link(s) for the required forms relating to LPDC.  You need to save the form on your desktop as a Word document.  You can then input your information and save it.  This allows you to have a completed copy on your computer for your records and future reference.  When the forms are completed, please e-mail Connie Kubis and send them as an attachment to the e-mail.
