Helping Hands Preschool

Helping Hands Preschool is an integrated preschool program located at Northrop Elementary School.

All public school districts are required to locate, identify, evaluate and provide a free and appropriate education to children ages 3 to 5 years of age, who have been determined to have a disability.  The disability would be in one or more of the following areas:  Communication, Hearing, Motor Function, Emotional/Behavioral, Vision, Cognitive or Adaptive Behavior.  Deficiencies in these areas must have a negative impact on normal development and not be due to environmental factors.

If you have a child, age 3 to 5, whom you suspect may have a disabilty in one or more areas listed above, please click here for Preschool Referral Information.
