New Student Registration


New to the district? Here's how to register!

Parents of students new to Medina City Schools must contact the Office of Registration at 330-636-3100 to schedule an appointment to register for fall attendance. New student registration takes place at 777 E. Union St.  Hours are 7:30-11:30 and 1:00-3:30pm.

Also, all current Medina City School families who have, or plan to change their residency, please contact the Office of Registration for withdrawal or change of address procedures.

If you are enrolling a kindergarten or preschool student, click here for required Medical Forms.

Please NOTE:  The district will not be able to provide tentative AM/PM assignments until after kindergarten registration is complete.  Parents will receive letters informing them of their child's assignment in June.
