Mr. Amburgy has taught for 10 years in the Medina City School District.  (11 Years total.)  He started out in Medina at Medina High School where he taught for 3 years in the visual arts program. He now works in the Visual Arts Department at A.I. Root Middle School in his 8th year teaching 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Art.

Mr. Amburgy has a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from Ashland University 00' and a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from the University of Akron 06'.

6th and 7th Grade Art: You will work with clay, paint, pencil, plaster and colored pencil among other things to construct a full quarters worth of fun and exciting projects while learning about many different art methods, history and artists.
