Seniors will not attend school on this day and will have 4 options during the school day.
- Attend a college visitation providing the attendance office with confirmation of the visit.
- Attend the Medina County College and Career Fair completing the appropriate paperwork at the fair to verify attendance (Find the form on BlackBoard)
- Attend a career shadowing opportunity providing the attendance office with confirmation from the business shadowed.
- Complete college applications returning the Verification form with appropriate signatures to the attendance office (Find the form on BlackBoard)
Juniors may take either the PSAT or ASVAB based on their future ambitions. Students must notify their counselor of their test preference prior to the testing date.
All Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors are required to attend school on the building-wide testing day. Normal attendance policy applies.
There is a testing fee applied each year: Freshmen $8; Sophomores $10; Juniors $15. Juniors may have the fee waived if they choose to take the ASVAB test. Students must take the ASVAB test to have the fee waived.
- Students in grades 9-11 report to school at the regular time of 7:30 a.m.
- Report to testing room which will be assigned and posted one week prior to testing.
- Testing is over at 11:00 a.m.
- Lunch offered from 11:00—12:00.
- Students can leave at 11:00 or after they eat lunch
